AVIRZO ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect & How We Use It

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

Account information:

1. Name,
2. Email
3. User profile avatar
4. IP address.

Device & usage data:

1. App version,
2. Device ID,
3. Push token
4. IP address.

Note: The app no longer offers item purchases or paid memberships. New purchase-payment proofs are not collected.

Content:

1. user-generated content such as posts, images and promotions you upload.

Note: The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Links to Third-Party Sites and Offerwall Services

Our app may include links to third-party websites, Offerwall providers, or partner services. These services are operated independently and governed by their own privacy policies, which are outside our control. When you interact with a third-party task or Offerwall, any information you provide is governed by that third party’s privacy policy.

To confirm task completion and deliver rewards, we may share limited details such as your user ID, device identifier or task identifier with Offerwall partners. This data is shared strictly for tracking, verification, and reward purposes only.

We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies of any Offerwall, partner website, or third-party service before using it. Any information you share directly with a third party is not covered by this Privacy Policy.

Information Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. Whenever you update or access your account information, we use secure server protocols. Once data is stored, we follow strict internal procedures to safeguard it.

Data retention

We retain your information as long as necessary to:

1. provide our services,
2. protect legitimate business interests,
3. resolve disputes, and
4. comply with legal/financial regulations.

Historical payment proofs and transaction logs from the discontinued purchase system may be retained for the existing retention period; no new purchase proofs are collected.

User rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, update, correct, delete, or export your personal data.

Age Restrictions / Children

This app is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from anyone under 18.

If we discover that information has been collected from a user under 18, we will immediately delete the data and close the account.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the latest version. If significant changes are made, we may notify users via email or in-app notice.

Account deletion

AVIRZO provides an in-app deletion path at Profile → Settings → Delete Account and an external web deletion resource at /page/account-delete-request. Account deletion is permanent and removes associated account data. If a limited record must be retained for a legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory reason, that retention is limited to that purpose and does not keep the account active.

PubScale Sponsored Offerwall

AVIRZO uses PubScale as its only sponsored Offerwall provider. When you voluntarily open the Offerwall, PubScale may process device and advertising information, IP address, advertising identifiers, offer interactions, and the AVIRZO public user ID used to attribute verified rewards. AVIRZO does not send your login token or password to PubScale. Coin rewards are credited only after a signed server-to-server completion callback is verified.

Sponsored Offerwall participation is optional. Please review PubScale and each advertiser's applicable privacy terms before completing an offer.

Sponsor application data

If you voluntarily submit a Sponsor Hub business inquiry, we process the company/brand name, product information, official website, business email, optional phone number, and campaign summary to review eligibility, prevent abuse, contact the business, and administer an approved campaign. Sponsor application data is not used to reward ordinary users for ad clicks.
